First, while driving by a local golf course, I saw a golf ball directly hit a car driving towards me. What rotten luck for the guy driving his nice shiny Volvo on his way home. I used to work at a golf course, and this happens often. If a ball hits your car and creates damage, there is nothing you can do. It’s not the golf course’s responsibility, it is the responsibility of the golfer. Good luck trying to track down the golfer who just nailed your car!
