Welcome back! I do the same thing…get all gung ho about things for a while and commit myself, then suddenly feel like not doing them anymore. At least it’s taught me to be more careful about thinking through whether or not I’m really ready for a particular commitment before I start something new. It’s a character flaw of mine I think…I still do it, but not quite as much anymore.

@ Jeff – I like the suggestions, if you check out my posts I just updated with a better bookmarking/social media button as well as a Retweet button on the posts. I will be looking to incorporate Twitter more for I have an account (@jscreeb) and like it far better than MySpace where I use to connect with followers. If you find anything with SEO that looks helpful let me know.

@ biblechirp – I plan on implementing a bulletin board system soon as a resource where users can discuss medications, stories, and helpful advice.

Add resource section – either around your bipolar or something else. It is always good when a visitor bookmarks your page because you have downloads, reference resources, etc that they may want to come back for. Perhaps you have that and I missed it… Good luck man – get back to work!

I have integrated twitter into my sites with their simple code I put into my HTML. It was easy and it gives visitors to my site my latest tweets. I am also looking at SEO. It is a tough subject. I am working on it also. I plan to begin documenting my process in short articles just for people like us – easy steps that we can follow. Good luck. I will be checking back. I want you to get going again!

Heya, just came acorss your site in search of other bloggers with similar interests. I had to laugh because I too abandoned my blog for at least a year, and am now back at it furiously.

You wonderfully understated subtitle gave me a laugh!
